Yingcheng Hengtian Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in November 2000. It is one of the designated manufacturers of drug packaging of the State Food and Drug Administration and the backbone enterprise of the Torch Plan Fine Chemical New Material Base [Guoke Huozi (2004) No. 9]. Hubei Province industrialization and informatization integration pilot demonstration enterprise, Hubei Province science popularization demonstration enterprise, Hubei Province intellectual property demonstration construction enterprise, high-tech enterprise. It has an annual production capacity of 5 billion halogenated butyl rubber bottle stoppers, 1 billion aluminum-plastic combined caps and 2500 tons of non-PVC multi-layer co-extruded infusion films.

The company takes technological innovation and talent engineering as the driving force for the development of the enterprise, attaches great importance to the construction of professional and technical personnel, attaches great importance to the innovation mode of production, teaching and research, and has carried out multi-level cooperation with China University of Geosciences, Hubei University, Hubei Institute of Engineering and other colleges and universities. Committed to developing into an enterprise integrating science and technology, innovation, informatization and intellectual property rights. At present, 17 authorized patents have been obtained, 12 patents have been declared, 2 provincial achievements have been identified, and the development of enterprises has been promoted through technological innovation. In 2013, Hubei Medical Packaging Materials Engineering Technology Research Center was established with China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and Hubei Province schools and enterprises jointly built a medical packaging polymer materials research and development center to promote the innovation and development of enterprises through platform construction. In 2014, it undertook the major scientific and technological innovation plan project of Hubei Province, "Research and Development of Key Technologies of Polyester Film for High Barrier Medical Infusion Bags", and successfully passed the acceptance of experts from Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2018.
